Tacusil® UVA0237 TDS
Tacusil UVA0237 adhesive is hybrid epoxy base dual-cure UV glue with thixotropy, which is designed for the application requiring low shrinkage and CTE. It has good adhesive to PBT, LCP and fiber glass. UV with 365mn wave length light can cure this glue to get good strength and heat secondary cure mechanism is for adhesive in shadow area as same time improving its strength.
Tacusil® UVA0219LVT TDS
Tacusil UVA0219LVT maskant can cure with UV/Visible light and is designed for temporary protection for component and connector in SMT and SMT post-procedure. It’s the lower viscosity version of Tacusil UVA 0219 maskant with good water and chemical resistance. This maskant don’t contain solvent and cure fast enable to improve production efficiency. It also has good protection and can be easily peeled off without residue.

It’s very soft and provides good adhesion to most substrate improving the stability comparing with traditional rubber “O”-ring.

Tacusil UVA0218 series products are UV/Visible light cure form in- Gasket material. This Gasket doesn’t containsolvent and easily operation enable to improve production efficiency. It’s soft and provides good adhesion to most substrate improving the stability comparing with traditional rubber “O”-ring.

Tacusil UVA0217 is flowable paste with thixotropy UV glue that bonds well to almost all plastic material and some low surface tension substrate, special for FPC, PET sheet. It contains anti-Hydrolysis component and still has good adhesion to substrate after longtime immersing in water.
