Tacusil® 410015 is a low viscosity cyanoacrylate instant adhesive with excellent adhesion to plastics and elastomers. It provides high strength bonds within seconds of assembly and achieves full cure within 24 hours of assembly.
Tacusil® 410016 is a black cyanoacrylate adhesive which has been developed for all applications under thermal and/or climatic conditions. The product shows excellent resistance against dynamic loads like impacts or vibrations. Due to its short-term temperature resistance up to 140℃, it is also suitable for SMD technique, where later soldering bath is requested.
Tacusil® 810028 is a one-part, heat cure, very soft thermally stable silicone gel. It was designed to have excellent thermal stability over a broad temperature range. 810028 will cure very quickly to a soft, low modulus, colorless gel that will have dependability in various applications over a wide range of temperatures.
Tacusil® 810036 is a moisture-curing cement mainly developed for rapid hardening requirements. Neutral alcohols which will further the hardening reaction will release after this product's reaction with the moisture in the air.
Store in a cool place away from the fire, avoid direct sunlight, rain and sudden temperature difference.
After opening the tank, avoid sunlight, and keep the air circulation at the operation place closed when not in use.
Tacusil® 810038 is a tin free version because the EU starts to restrict DBT, we need to find a substitute material. This resin has good adhesion and flexibility to metals, glass and plastics, such as PMMA, PVC, PET, Nylon. This product is alkoxy and neutral resin, and it has minimum erosion to substrates.
